Business Analyst
This course is for B School students and experienced IT professionals who wish to work on a larger canvas of IT consulting as business analyst. The course also covers an overview of Digital transformation key technology areas. Overview of practical aspects of Project management &Â soft skills needed for Projects shall also be covered in the course.
Project manager
This course is for experienced professionals who wish to transition to IT Consulting in a Project manager role. The course covers an overview of Digital transformation key technical areas such as Application, ERP, IT Infrastructure, Networking, security; procurement, implementation monitoring, etc. Practical aspects including key challenges, stakeholder management shall be covered in detail during the training.
